I want to show you that you can make the most out of life your own way, without having to imitate or follow others' prescriptions.
How it all started
The last topic I will be writing about relates to a healthy lifestyle, e.g. sports, motivation, and, of course, food. I know, sounds horribly cliché. Well, I’m going to do it my way: no weird fad diets, no starving yourself, no feeling bad if you don’t follow something by the letter. I will never prescribe anything, so if it works for you, great! If not, also great!
